The Big Buck Hunting Club is one of the oldest and largest hunting clubs in the State of Alabama. The Club was first chartered in September 1962, immediately following the re-opening of deer season in the State. The Club is made up of approximately 8000 acres of leased land, consisting of planted pine plantations, swamp, creek bottoms, hills with huge hardwoods and pines. We are located just outside of Georgiana, in Butler County, Alabama. This is a region known as the "Black Belt" that is known for very fertile soil. The deer herd in this area are both plentiful and healthy.
